JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pending writ petition, the respondents 2 and 3 have extended the benefit of one time settlement. According to the learned counsel, to take advantage of the said scheme, it is incumbent on the part of the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition. Having stated thus, the learned counsel seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

In the facts and circumstances, the writ petition stands dismissed as having been withdrawn.
