JUDGMENT

On 22.09.2015, there was no representation for the petitioner. However, on the next two dates of hearing, it seems that the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner simply took adjournment. Again on 26.10.2015, there was no representation, as was the case on 12.11.2015 as well. It is evident that there is persistent absence on the petitioner's part leading to an inevitable conclusion that he does not intend to prosecute the case.

In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
