J U D G M E N T
Shaffique, J This writ petition has been filed seeking police protection in the matter relating to construction of a house. 2.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that already a suit has been filed as O.S.No.1748/2013 and an interim injunction is in force. 3.
Having regard to the fact that a civil suit is pending in the matter, we do not think that any further directions are required to be issued in this writ petition. However, we only observe that if any further law and order situation arises, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach the police, who shall look into the matter and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
