JUDGMENT
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, apart from perusing the record.
2. The petitioner, a member of the 4th respondent's managing committee, filed this writ petition questioning what are said to be the steps being taken by the authorities to appoint an Administrator. This Court on 23.09.2015 issued an interim stay against the removal of the managing committee of the 4th respondent Bank.
3. As a matter of subsequent developments, election to the post of President of the Managing Committee took place and one among the members of the managing committee was also elected as the President.
4. In this context, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the stalemate which was apprehended to have been prevailing when a no confidence motion was moved against the then President now stands removed. According to him, in view of the
W.P.(C). No. 28642/2015 -2subsequent developments, the writ petition does not survive for further consideration.
5. The learned Government Pleader has agreed with the learned counsel for the petitioner.
