The accused in Crime No.667 of 2014 of the Kottayi Police Station has come up by seeking investigation of the matter by an officer not below the rank of a DySP.

2. Heard the learned Senior Counsel and the learned Government Pleader.

3. On hearing either side and on going through the matter, it seems that presently, the matter is too premature to say whether the offences alleged against the petitioner will lie or not. Presently, this Court is unable to note down any lapse

W.P.(C).No.28876 of 2014 committed by the investigating officer in conducting the investigation. The investigation seems to be in proper line. Presently there is nothing to interfere with the matter. Let the matter be investigated.

With liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court or appropriate court at any further stage on specific grievances, this Writ Petition (Civil) is closed.
