JUDGMENT

Ext. P2 application for temporary permit is pending consideration with the first respondent. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext. P2 application within a period of two weeks.

Ext. P1 application for regular permit is pending consideration with the second respondent. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext. P1 application within a period of one month.

The first respondent shall place the application along with the report before the second respondent to enable a decision being taken. Every endeavour shall be made to consider the application in the ensuing meeting of the second respondent.

The writ petition is disposed of.
