JUDGMENT

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P2 application filed for replacement of the vehicle. The petitioner points out that the vehicle can be replaced with an older vehicle provided it is road worthy.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P2 application with notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
