J U D G M E N T

Ashok Bhushan, C.J.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to respondents 1 and 2 in view of the judgment which is being passed.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for a direction to respondents 3 and 4 to provide police protection from the threat of respondents 1 and 2. Petitioners' case is that both the petitioners being major, they have performed their marriage.

Learned Government Pleader submits that a case was registered for woman missing on a complaint by private respondents and petitioners were produced before the police on 22nd September, 2015. Thereafter, they were also produced before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court where the 2nd

W.P(C) No.28674/15 -:2:- petitioner stated that she shall go with the first petitioner. It is stated that police authorities have already closed the matter in view of the above facts.
