J U D G M E N T
Ext.P2 proceedings inter alia grants a temporary permit to the second respondent with a proposed timings. The timings are yet to be finalised after considering Ext.P3 objection put in by the petitioner.
2. I direct the first respondent to finalise the timings on the basis of the temporary permit granted to the second respondent. Ext.P3 objection as well as other objections filed by the operators on the route shall be considered. The needful shall be done within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
