J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks initiation of action under Sec.65 of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act. Ext.P2 complaint put in by the petitioner in this regard is pending.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 complaint within a period of one month. The same shall be done with notice to the petitioner as well as the members of the 3rd respondent.
