JUDGMENT

The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to take effective steps for including candidates in Ext.P3 rank list against the vacancies in the cadre of Assistants before 21.12.2013. Since the rank list has already expired nothing survives in the matter. The learned standing counsel submits that all the vacancies were filled up in time. Hence the writ petition is closed.
