JUDGMENT
The petitioner asserts that the second respondent who was the assignor of the vehicle KL-10/Y 1080 was covered by the Employees Provident Fund Organisation and hence exempted from the liability to pay under the Kerala Motor Transport Workers Welfare Fund Act, 1985. The petitioner wants to have the vehicle registered in his name taking note of the above exemption and has filed Ext. P2 representation with the first respondent.
2.
I direct the first respondent to consider Ext. P2 representation with notice to the petitioner as well as the second respondent. The same shall be done with due advertance to Ext. P4 certificate within a period of one month. The writ petition is disposed of.
