JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, CJ.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. No notice is being issued to the fourth respondent in view of the order which is being passed.

2. Petitioners have filed the writ petition alleging police harassment. Petitioner's case is that the mother of the first petitioner has taken certain loans from the fourth respondent, with regard to which respondents 2 and 3 are harassing the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner was arrested on 23.9.2015.

3. Learned Government Pleader after getting instructions submits that crime has already been registered against the petitioner and it is now proceeding with the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court in O.P. 1630 of 2014. Learned Government Pleader further submits that further complaint was received from the fourth respondent and after enquiry of which the parties were advised to get their financial dispute settled by a

W.P.(C). No.28748/15 competent court.

4. In view of the above, we are of the view that it is not a case of any kind of police harassment. The petitioner may take the remedy before the competent court.
