JUDGMENT

The regular permit granted to the petitioner under Ext. P1 proceedings has not so far been issued. The petitioner has in the meanwhile sought temporary permit on the same route by Ext. P2 application. The same is followed by Ext. P3 proposed set of timings and Ext. P4 representation. 2.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext. P2 application within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Steps for issuing the granted permit shall also be taken by the respondent without delay. Ext. P4 representation put in by the petitioner as regards the timings shall be adverted to in the exercise. The writ petition is disposed of.
