JUDGMENT

The validity of Ext. P1 temporary permit issued to the petitioner expires on 28.09.2015. The petitioner has filed Ext. P2 application for re-issue of temporary permit in continuation of Ext. P1 temporary permit.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext. P2 application with notice to the petitioner within a period two weeks. The petitioner shall be permitted to operate service till orders are passed on Ext. P2 application as directed above.

The writ petition is disposed of.
