JUDGMENT

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext. P3 application for temporary permit. The petitioner points out that Ext. P2 application for renewal of regular permit (slightly filed out of time) is pending. 2.

I direct the second respondent to consider Ext. P3 application with notice to the petitioner within a period of one week. The same shall be considered in terms of Section 87(1)(c) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.

The writ petition is disposed of.
