JUDGMENT
The petitioners are threatened with recovery from pay under Exts. P6 and P7 notices. The petitioners contend that no charge sheet was issued nor an opportunity to submit explanation granted. The petitioners have at any rate submitted Ext. P8 representation to the second respondent. 2.
I direct the second respondent to consider Ext. P8 representation with notice to the petitioners. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
3.
No recovery from the pay of the petitioners pursuant to Exts. P6 and P7 notices shall be effected till orders are passed on Ext. P8 representation as directed above. The writ petition is disposed of.
