JUDGMENT
Ext. P1 application for replacement of vehicle is pending consideration. The Government Pleader points out that the current records of the vehicle were not produced in time as stipulated while granting clearance certificate.

All these are matters to be considered by the respondent while dealing with Ext. P1 application. I direct the respondent to consider Ext. P1 application within a period of two weeks after due notice. The writ petition is disposed of.
