J U D G M E N T

Ext.P2 clearance certificate was issued on the basis of Ext.P1 judgment which obliges the petitioner to replace the vehicle on the route within four months. The petitioner has filed Ext.P4 representation seeking to condone the delay of 10 days in producing the current records. Ext.P5 application for replacement of the vehicle on the route is also pending consideration.

2. I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P4 representation and Ext.P5 application with notice to the petitioner within a period of three weeks. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
