JUDGMENT

The petitioner approached the first respondent against the establishment of proposed mobile tower by the third respondent. This Court is of the view, the petitioner has to approach the District Level Telecom Committee of which the District Collector is the Chairman. If the petitioner approaches the District Level Telecom Committee, the petitioner's representation shall be considered within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after hearing the petitioner as well as the third respondent.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
