J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

"i) issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd, 3rd and 4th respondents to provide Survey Plan and litho plan in Sy.No.108/21 of Pallippuram Village as expeditiously as possible within a period of 10 days.

ii) issue a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to provide survey plan in Sy.Nos.108/21,22,23, 17, 109/7B2 of Pallippuram village and survey No.170/12A of Kothamangalam Village.

iii. Pass such any other order, relief or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience "

Heard the learned Government Pleader as well, who, on instruction, submits that if the petitioner approaches the Additional 5th respondent/Assistant Director, Central Survey Office by producing all the relevant records, the grievance of the petitioner will be considered and necessary steps will be taken to have the same redressed.

3. In the said circumstance, the petitioner is set at liberty to approach the Addl.5th respondent/Asst. Director, Central Survey Office, by producing all the relevant records along with an application for granting the relief. If any such application is filed within two weeks, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders shall be passed, within one month thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the Addl.5th respondent /Asst. Director for further steps.
