JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a resident of Nadakkavu, Udayamperoor Panchayath. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to complete the work of damaged portion of the Thrippunithura-Vaikom road and also seeking some other reliefs relating formation of the road.

2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that all repair works have been completed at the Thrippunithura-Vaikom road and the same is now in perfect condition.

All other reliefs do not require any consideration by this Court as the Department has the power to decide in what manner they have to carry out the work and utilise the fund. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of as above.
