J U D G M E N T

The petitioner had approached the Revenue Divisional Officer, respondent under clause 6 of the Kerala Land Utilization Order. Ext. P2 is the application.

The petitioner has reclaimed the entire property before the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Act, 2008 came into force. The petitioner's application under clause 6, shall be considered by the Revenue Divisional Officer after verifying the draft data bank. If the property is not treated as a paddy or wet land, under the Act 28 of 2008, the application shall be considered in accordance with law, for utilizing other purposes in terms of clause 6 of the Land Utilization order. Needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
