JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks disbursement of the following: (i) Arrears of pension for the period from 30.09.2013 to July, 2014.

(ii) Provident Fund Closure amount.

(iii) Death-cum-retirement gratuity.

(iv) Arrears of salary.

The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P3 representation. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 representation with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
