J U D G M E N T

~~~~~~~~~~~ The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to publish the list of successful candidates, who have undergone the due selection process to the post of Printing Helper. According to the petitioner, he is an aspirant for the post of helper, who appeared in the written test held on 1.3.2014. On being successful in the written test, he was subjected to an interview on 17.7.2014. The grievance of the petitioner is that the select list is not published so far. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides. 3.

The 1st respondent has filed a counter affidavit producing the letter No.9817/H3/2014/H.Edn. dated 9.12.2014 as Ext.R1(a), which is a communication from the Secretary to Government to the Managing Director of 1st respondent conveying the approval of Government for the rank list of successful candidates prepared for the post of Helper in Kerala Books and Publications Society.

In the counter affidavit, the 1st respondent has stated that the approved rank list should be placed before the next Governing Body of KBPS and the rank list will be published thereafter.

In the above circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to publish the rank list within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
