JUDGMENT

The petitioner has filed a memo on 20.4.2015 to withdraw the Writ Petition. The said memo reads thus:- "It is submitted that the Government has offered to settle the matter out of court. Hence, the petitioner does not intend to prosecute the writ petition further. The petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner."

In view of the memo filed by the petitioner this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the rights, if any, of the petitioner to approach the Government for out of court settlement. ANIL K.NARENDRAN, JUDGE skj
