JUDGMENT

The punishment imposed on the petitioner by the third respondent College is the subject matter of proceedings pending before the first respondent. I direct the first respondent to take the proceedings to a logical end within a period of one month from today. It is made clear that the first respondent shall afford sufficient opportunity to the petitioner to file supplementary statement, adduce evidence and address arguments. 2.

The petitioner has already been permitted to remit the examination fee by interim order dated 25.09.2015. The petitioner shall be provisionally permitted to sit for the examination also. The results shall however be published subject to the outcome of the proceedings pending with the first respondent. The writ petition is disposed of.
