JUDGMENT

The petitioner confines her relief to an early consideration of Ext. P1 application filed for regular permit. The petitioner asserts that a vacancy exists for her to operate service. It is also submitted that a meeting of the respondent is slated on 09.10.2015.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext. P1 application if possible in the meeting slated on 09.10.2015 itself.

The writ petition is disposed of.
