J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-consideration of Ext.P4 representation by the 2nd respondent. Ext.P4 is a representation seeking regularisation of the petitioner's service with the 3rd respondent. Ext.P4 is dated 24.11.2014.
2. In such circumstances, the 2nd respondent shall consider and pass orders on Ext.P4, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of hearing, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation as to the merits of the case. Writ petition is disposed of.
