JUDGMENT

The application for fresh regular permit put in by the petitioner stands adjourned by Ext. P1 proceedings. This is so done awaiting the concurrence of the sister Regional Transport Authority (Pathanamthitta). The petitioner contends that a general concurrence exists evidenced by Ext. P2 proceedings.

I direct the first respondent to take the proceedings to a logical end. The necessity to obtain fresh concurrence in the light of Ext.P2 general concurrence shall also be considered. The proceedings shall be taken to a logical end within a period of one month. The writ petition is disposed of.
