JUDGMENT

Ext.P1 application for regular permit put in by the petitioner is pending consideration. The petitioner has also filed Ext.P3 application for temporary permit on the same route. The petitioner relies on Ext.P4 route enquiry report to contend that there is no overlapping of the routes. 2.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P3 application with notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
