J U D G M E N T

Petitioners confine their relief to an early consideration of the applications put in for building permit. The receipt of the applications is evidenced by Exts.P2 and P2(a) acknowledgments. The second respondent points out that the concurrence of the third respondent is required.

2. I direct the second respondent to forward the applications to the third respondent within two months.

The third respondent shall take the proceedings to a logical end within two months therefrom. Final orders on the applications shall be passed by the second respondent dependent on the orders of the third respondent.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
