J U D G M E N T
Shaffique, J Petitioner has approached this Court complaining of the illegal activities of the 4th respondent. According to the petitioner, 4th respondent is a real estate broker and he was entrusted with renting out a building belonging to her. However, the 4th respondent later started making certain advances on 12/09/2015. He trespassed into the petitioner's residence and tried to molest her. Though the petitioner submitted Ext.P1 complaint on 17/09/2015 seeking police protection, so far no action has been taken in the matter. Therefore, petitioner has approached this Court.

The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that no complaint was received by the police so far and therefore the mater could not be enquired into. 3.
Having regard to the aforesaid factual situation, if the petitioner files a proper complaint, police shall look into the matter and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
