V. CHITAMBARESH, J --------------------------------------- W.P.(C). NO. 29348 OF 2014 ---------------------------------------- Dated this the 25th day of March, 2015

JUDGMENT

The names of about 93 drivers figure in Ext.P2 memorandum. They have been transferred and posted to the various units by the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation. The petitioners are only 9 out of the 93 drivers so included. They challenge Ext. P2 memorandum as vitiated by malafides. 2.

The Kerala State Road Transport Corporation has filed a counter affidavit refuting the allegations. The transfer was done on account of administrative exigencies according to them. The strength adjustment in the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation was the main reason for re-shuffling the drivers.

3.

Any interference would trigger a chain reaction affecting many drivers. It is better that the petitioners submit individual representations to the Managing Director of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation. The representations if received within three weeks from today shall be dealt with

W.P.(C). NO. 29348 OF 2014 2 within six weeks therefrom. The difficulties faced by the petitioners individually shall be taken note of in giving appropriate posting.

The writ petition is disposed of.
