Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned State Attorney.

Petitioner has filed this writ petition alleging police harassment. Petitioner's case is that a case was registered against him being Crime No.1763/2014, in which crime, he was exonerated. It is submitted that now the 3rd respondent has directed the petitioner to appear before the 4th respondent on 22/9/2015. He submits that petitioner having been exonerated, calling the petitioner is nothing but police harassment. 3.

Learned State Attorney after obtaining instructions submits that after the petitioner having been exonerated, de facto complainant has filed a writ petition before this Court and under the direction of this Court, respondents 3 and 4 are further investigating the matter and in that connection, petitioner has
