J U D G M E N T
Petitioner is an existing authorised retail distributor in Tirur Taluk. Petitioner approached the first respondent by Ext.P2, aggrieved by Ext.P1 notification for sanctioning new ration shop in Tirur Taluk. Petitioner approached this Court on account of nonconsideration of Ext.P2.
2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that Ext.P2 has not been received by the first respondent.
3. This Court is of the view that the petitioner shall produce Ext.P2 along with this judgment before the first respondent. The first respondent shall take appropriate decision on Ext.P2 within one month or before sanctioning a new ration shop in Tirur Taluk. This writ petition is disposed of as above.
