JUDGMENT

The petitioner has been selected for execution of certain work as per Exhibit P1. As per Exhibit P1, the petitioner is directed to remit the security deposit and purchase guarantee.

2. According to the petitioner, he is entitled for certain other amount for the work undertaken on behalf of the same department. The petitioner seeks adjustment of the above amount payable by the petitioner as per Exhibit P1 from the amount due to him.

2. The learned Government Pleader admits that amount is due to the petitioner from the department in respect of certain other work undertaken by him.

In that view of the matter, the amount payable by the petitioner as per Exhibit P1 shall be adjusted from the amount due to him.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
