J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is a rubber tapping worker employed under the 2nd respondent. The petitioner was denied of appointment to the post of tapping supervisor as per Ext.P1 order. As per the roster prescribed in Ext.P3, the petitioner made a representation dated 29.04.2015 by Ext.P4 before the 2nd respondent.

2. In such circumstances, the 2nd respondent shall consider and pass orders on Ext.P4, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of hearing, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation as to the merits of the case.

Writ petition is disposed of.
