J U D G M E N T
The petitioner asserts that the assigner of the bus bearing registration No.KL-10AH-6907 impleaded as the 4th respondent was covered under the scheme formulated by the 2nd respondent. The petitioner is free to produce the relevant documents before the 1st respondent in order to enable him to escape from the liability to pay the Kerala Motor Transport Workers Welfare Fund for the period in question.

Any motion made in this regard by the petitioner within two weeks from today shall be dealt with the 1st respondent within a period of one month therefrom. Needless to say that the petitioner and respondents 2 and 4 shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise.
