JUDGMENT

The petitioner approached the first respondent for renewal of arms licence. This application appears to be pending for the last more than five years.

This Court is of the view, the petitioner's application shall be taken to a logical conclusion within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. If it is renewed, that shall be renewed from the date on which the order is issued. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
