J U D G M E N T

Petitioners approached the Corporation of Kochi to include the petitioners' names in the list to be prepared by the Cochin Corporation under the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act,2014. Exts.P3 and P4 are the representations.

2. This Court is of the view that before finalising the list, the petitioner's request as per Exts.P3 and P4 shall be considered by the Secretary- second respondent. Needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. This writ petition is disposed of as above.
