JUDGMENT

The timing conference in respect of the fresh permit granted to the petitioner is slated on 05.10.2015. The petitioner points out that the earlier circular of the State Transport Authority is being revised. Reliance is placed on the minutes of the authority dated 25.06.2015.

It is open to the petitioner to bring this fact to the notice of the respondent. The respondent shall consider all aspects while issuing the timing schedule.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
