JUDGMENT

Respondents 1 and 2 are perfectly within their rights to reject the sole valid tender of the petitioner in accordance with the PWD manual when all other tenders for the work have been rejected. The reason for not accepting the tender of the petitioner as reflected in the statement filed by the counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 is justified. I do not find any ground to interfere with the steps taken by respondents 1 and 2 to retender the work in question in the circumstances. 2.

Needless to say that the petitioner is free to participate in the fresh tender if any conducted by respondents 1 and 2.

The Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
