J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, who has been continuing as H.S.ST (Economics) in the 3rd respondent school from 2002, seeks a transfer to D.B.H.S.S, Cheriyanadu, which according to her is near her native place. The petitioner had filed an application at Ext.P3, which is indicated to be an application filed for the academic year 2014 - 15.

2. In any event, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that she has filed a fresh application before the authority. In such circumstance, it is only proper that the 1st respondent consider the same, if necessary after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. It is made

W.P.(C) No.29405 of 2015 - A clear that this Court has not observed anything on merits. The consideration may be done at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.

The writ petition would stand disposed of.
