JUDGMENT

The request put in by the petitioner as well as the second respondent for convening a timing conference are pending consideration. It is reported that a timing conference is being convened on 07.10.2015 for this purpose. All the operators on the route shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise. 2.

It is clarified that the timing conference in respect of the regular permit of the second respondent shall also be convened on 07.10.2015. The objection of the petitioner in regard to fixation of timings shall also be considered. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
