JUDGMENT

The petitioner laments that the application for renewal of regular stage carriage permit has not been considered as yet despite Ext. P1 judgment of the State Transport Appellate Tribunal.

Every endeavour shall be made by the respondent to take a decision on the application for renewal of regular stage carriage permit in the meeting slated on 03.10.2015 in accordance with the directions in Ext. P1 judgment. The writ petition is disposed of.
