JUDGMENT

Petitioner has undertaken certain work on behalf of the respondent referred in the writ petition. Petitioner approaches this Court on account of non preparation of final bill. Petitioner made Ext.P4 request before the 3rd respondent to prepare the final bill.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be direction to the 3rd respondent to prepare final bill within two months. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with a copy of this judgment before the 3rd respondent for compliance. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
