JUDGMENT
The writ petitioner herein seeks a writ of mandamus or other direction for effective action on a complaint filed by her before the police. Now there is a report by the Circle Inspector of Police, Payyannur, that a crime has already been registered on her complaint as Crime No.978 of 2015 of the Peringome Police Station under Sections 420, 294(b), 506(ii) read with 34 IPC and that investigation is going one.
In such situation, this writ petition need not proceed further. The police report is recorded, and accordingly this writ petition is disposed of, however with a direction to the police to expedite investigation and submit final report at the earliest. P.UBAID, JUDGE.
