JUDGMENT

Ext. P3 judgment directs the second respondent to consider the request of the petitioner for temporary permit. The petitioner has filed Ext. P5 representation proposing the set of timings to operate service on that route. 2.

I direct the second respondent to consider Ext. P5 representation along with Ext.P6 proposal for timings at the time of implementation of Ext. P3 judgment. The needful shall be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of.
