JUDGMENT
The petitioners assert that tress work on the terrace portion of their residential house is only to abate the leakage. The petitioners add that the tress work is only a temporary structure, which does not warrant any specific permission. The petitioners have this regard submitted Ext.P1 representation with the 1st respondent and the same is reportedly returned.
2.
I permit the petitioners to submit a representation anew to the respondent within a period of two weeks from today. Any such representation shall be dealt with after notice to the petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of.
